Missing or Lost Packages
If your tracking information indicates that your package has been delivered, but you have not received it, we recommend the following steps:
1. Double-check your delivery address to ensure accuracy.
2. Check with your local postal service or delivery carrier for additional information.
3. Ask your neighbors if they may have received your package by mistake.
If, after these steps, you are still unable to locate your package, please contact our customer support team at REPJESUSCLOTHINGCO@YAHOO.COM for further assistance.
Refund Eligibility
We only offer refunds for orders that are confirmed as lost by the carrier. If your package is officially declared lost, you will be eligible for a full refund. Unfortunately, we do not issue refunds for packages that show as delivered in the tracking information unless they are confirmed as lost by the carrier.
